Donation Cancellation and Refund Policy

Donors may request the cancellation and refund of their donation within 30 days from the date of donation. To request a cancellation, please contact us using the information below. A written request may be required for the cancellation and refund process. The process will begin once the cancellation request is approved. For online donations made by credit card, the cancellation will be processed by the relevant bank according to the bank's procedures for the credit card holder. There is no specific time limit for our foundation's cancellation processes.

Regular donations made by credit card will be canceled if notified at least 7 days before the withdrawal date, and the withdrawal process will be stopped. Regular donations can be canceled by users through any communication channel with our foundation or via fonzip.com/kadindayanismavakfi.

For any questions or issues, donors can contact us using the information below. Requests will be processed on business days between 10:00 and 17:00. The cancellation and refund request must be made by the person who made the donation. Our foundation may make changes to the cancellation and refund conditions if necessary. Changes will be effective from the moment they are corrected on our website.
